Avedis Foundation is a private foundation with
501 (c) 3, nonprofit status, established in Oklahoma in 2012.
Our vision is to measurably improve the health, wellness and quality of life for the people of Pottawatomie County and its surrounding communities.
Avedis Foundation supports projects that directly benefit people from the communities we serve, particularly those projects that support overall well-being for any age group.
Our interests include initiatives that nurture the community by promoting healthy lifestyles in one
or more of these areas:
With assets of approximately $100 million, Avedis Foundation is well positioned to invest in many worthwhile projects through charitable grants within our granting areas.
Under the leadership of President and CEO Michelle Briggs, Avedis Foundation is governed by a board of directors who also serve as the foundation's Grants Committee, comprised of 13 members from various professional backgrounds. Representing several surrounding communities, our board shares a steadfast commitment to those communities through careful stewardship of the foundation's assets.
